refactor(routes): 重构路由配置和菜单结构

- 更新了路由定义文件以支持新的导航需求
- 调整了菜单组件的数据结构和渲染逻辑
- 统一了路由路径和菜单项的命名规范
- 优化了路由懒加载配置提升性能
- 修改了菜单权限验证机制
- 清理了废弃的路由配置项
