fix(pricing): 调整优惠券配置插入字段顺序

Browse Source 
- 修改了 price_coupon_config 表的插入字段顺序
- 确保 SQL 插入语句字段与值一一对应
- 避免因字段顺序不一致导致的数据插入错误
