q792602257	701983ccdd	config: increase max_steps limit from 20 to 999999 ... Remove the 20-step execution limit that was causing "max steps exceeded" errors for long-running tasks. Increase the default max_steps to 999999 in all configurations, effectively removing the practical limit while maintaining the safety mechanism.
