feat(layout): 隐藏数据归集和数据清洗菜单项并添加首页路由

- 注释掉数据归集菜单项
- 注释掉数据清洗菜单项
- 注释掉算子市场菜单项
- 注释掉侧边栏中的任务中心弹窗组件
- 添加首页路由配置
- 将根路径重定向改为首页组件渲染
